You are invited to delve deep into the reservoirs of your ancestry and reconnect with the radiant light that resides within you. The essence of this retreat is to inspire you to remember not only the roots from which you've grown but also the extraordinary potential of the person you've become.
Ancestors are not only family members like grandparents or great-grandparents, and can come in different types. There are ancestors of legal blood, spirit, heart, and perhaps even inter-dimensionally. We don't have to know them or trace them to be in the process of healing.
Our ancestors can be ancient, known or unknown, seen or unseen. Regardless, they are our allies through the bonds of the heart and the spirit, all playing a role in our evolution.
If you are seeing this, and called to the journey, it may be time to connect, offer, heal, and rework the patterns of your past.
As we embark on this transformative odyssey, we will collectively honor the past, embrace the present, and illuminate the path towards a brighter, more enriched future.

It begins when you say yes.
The word "ancestor" comes from the Latin word meaning "one who goes before." The agenda will follow suit in all ways, as the work begins before you arrive.
When you say yes, you will be given a journaled process and agenda to follow along before our time together. We will have a group call before the retreat.
Each day of the retreat will commence upon rising for our morning ritual and routine, which is designed to amplify the frequency of the experience. The agenda is curated to awaken your mind, body, spirit, and of course your connection with your lineage. We will be connecting to our four types of ancestors, building and activating altars and shrines, processing through ritual, spending time in groups, sharing in breakouts, and applying subtle energy medicine for healing and reworking patterns.
You can expect to be held in a safe space, being led through uniquely crafted rituals, intuitive work, subtle energy medicine healing, and of course, we will call on Feng Shui. There will be sharing, though if you are not comfortable, there is also space for you to participate as you wish.

I am a Feng Shui Practioner, Subtle Energy Medicine Practioner, and descendent of Rebecca Nurse; who was hung in the Salem Witch Trials. My journey weaves the ancient wisdom of our ancestors with the art of harmonizing energy and space.
